The growth of the world population is an inevitable event, as well as the migration of the population to the big cities. On the other hand, there is another challenge for local governments: to work for the development of their communities and at the same time face the emigration of their population to the big cities in search of new opportunities. Public works, more educational, health, labor and productive development opportunities are some of the issues that imply meeting this goal, carried out by governments, companies, civil society organizations and universities.
