The State conceived as the only actor that has interference to achieve the common good or security is coming to an end. The world population begins to demand a new model of government, since this alone does not have the capacity to satisfy all the demands of society, so the power to do so is increasingly extended to other actors such as organizations in society. civil or companies. Transparency, connectivity, migratory movements that challenge the old territorial limits, among others, are just some of the purposes that today delineate the new role of the State.
